Steve Fretzin is the President of FRETZIN, Inc., a legal business development and marketing company founded in 2004. He was driven into the legal industry during the recession of 2008 when attorneys began calling him for help. While not an attorney himself, Steve has worked with thousands of attorneys in most practice areas. Steve is 100% committed to his client’s success and works diligently each day to ensure they are achieving their goals of financial and personal freedom. In addition to publishing “Sales-Free Selling”, “The Attorney’s Networking Handbook” and “The Ambitious Attorney”, Steve has been featured in Crain’s, The Chicago Tribune, WGN radio, NBC news and is a regular monthly columnist for the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Steve is also the creator and host of “Be That Lawyer”, a weekly podcast in which he interviews top rainmakers, marketing experts and legal tech gurus to explain and present the best ways to improve processes and help break down complex ideas into simple and digestible concepts. In addition to enjoying free time with his wife Lisa and son Andrew, Steve loves to eat healthy food, travel and play platform tennis. (Look it up on YouTube!) Steve’s mantras in life are to control what is controllable and to not be afraid of new experiences.
A true Floridian (He wears flip flops every day and has worn them during hearings before), Jordan grew up in South Florida; and graduated from The University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) and Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. His first “real law job” was for the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney. Jordan, along with his better half (his words – but we agree) and fellow attorney, Heather Trick, opened up Jordan Law; a PI law firm located in Orlando, Florida in 2015.
After losing a substantial amount of money on marketing agencies that didn’t understand how to market a law firm properly, Jordan buckled down, learned the basics and put into practice as he kept learning more and more. He then partnered up with some of the best marketing minds to form something totally new and different, a firm built for lawyers, by lawyers. That takes the long view to drive the most success for his fellow attorneys, and hopefully change some lives for the better. Today, Jordan has no student loans, and his firm is a successful, multi-million dollar firm. He oversees over a dozen people, and works only 3 days a week.
With over a decade of accounting experience and in focusing in the legal space for over 3 of those years, Chelsea Williams has the knowledge to not just get your financial house order but set it up for long term sustainability at a healthy profit. Her passion, financial literacy to the masses. Now, she’s offering her expertise to all “small business” law firms in the country.
